An Almost-Crunch between a moron 4 wheeler and a Block Truck

If you look at the block truck as I pass it, you will see that it has a forklift mounted on the back, with about 5 feet clearance and sitting back about 7 feet from the trailer. The car actually went under the forklift wheel (if it had been much lower, the car would have had rubber across its hood, or windshield). The idiot in the car continued to drive like one after this as well, weaving in and out of the lanes all the way until I lost sight of them by Bradner. Some people should not be allowed on the road.
